Parents often use the parking lot to pick up kids after school so parking spaces will be full

First time there, a few years ago, not enough toppings, and sub bun over cooked and chewy for my taste. After I became pregnant I called to find out if there meat was pasteurized or not the employee could not give me an answer, so I asked for a manager. She informed me that there is never a manager there. Strange! Now, about five months later we try out this location again. Their flat bread is more of a wheat type flatbread, I was wanting white. If I had known it was more of a wheat I would have gotten a regular sub. Meat was only on half of the sandwich, we ordered extra cheese, and I got all together two full slices on a whole foot long. So I'm assuming I paid for this extra cheese, but of course they failed to give me a receipt. Now they are not answering the phone for me to even make a complaint.
