It was served with cold slices of baguette toasted on one side and thick slices of raw carrot. The huge mound of whipped cream on the top was just far too heavy and the soup itself was too thick and rich. It was far too much like a dessert. I had a pork filet mignon. I asked them not to serve it with the tomato as I can't eat them, but it was still there of course. The parsnip puree was squash puree. It was ok but a little unbalanced again. I felt rather heavy after eating the meal.

I had a black fillet mignon. I asked her not to serve it with the tomato, because I can't eat it, but it was still there, of course, the parsnip puree was squash puree. it was okay, but again something unbalanced. I felt pretty hard after eating.
