Tea Avenue Jawatta - Colombo

We decided to stop by for some tea at this restaurant and placed our order with the cashier. Unfortunately, we felt like he was ignoring us as he conversed with other employees while taking our order, causing us to repeat it twice. When we went to pick up our order at the counter, he simply pointed to it and seemed uninterested in serving us. The ginger tea we received was not served with sugar and was not hot enough. It did not meet our expectations based on previous experiences at Tea Avenue.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the high quality of the food. The menu had a variety of options, both international and local, making it suitable for all tastes. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I can't believe this place is still in business. The staff in their offices are terrible. I contacted them about an issue and instead of resolving it, they were rude to me. On top of that, I had to wait for about 15 minutes. Awful place. Avoid at all costs!!!

My wife and i visited the Madiwela Tea Avenue just to hang out , enjoy tea and a snack . Very disappointed with the staff and the place full of flies Even the food was pretty ordinery . This is the last time we will vist . Also do not recommend . Waste of time and money

Just good food, cozy vibes and smashing coffee. The best coffee shop in town. They have some of the best chocolate smoothies. This is a place where friends can just chill out for hours.
