Sen-saal Ward Place - Colombo

A group of 17 doctors went to this restaurant for a business meeting lunch. Unfortunately, the drinks took one hour to arrive and the food began coming out one and a half hours later. After waiting for two hours without receiving lunch, I decided to leave. Surprisingly, four members of our group still had not been served. The staff appeared very careless and uninterested. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was not on the premises. A senior-looking individual who walked by seemed disinterested and was eating something. It seems like the owners are unaware of why their establishment is experiencing a loss in customers.

This is a nice and cozy spot for a casual drink and snacks. The overall experience is nothing out of the ordinary, but they offer a good variety of items on their menu, including a selection of alcoholic beverages. The staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. The prices are reasonable and there is parking available on the premises. I would highly recommend this place for an after-work drink.

This cozy restaurant is conveniently located, but the prices are a bit high. We visited on Christmas Day and the place wasn't very crowded. We ordered some subs and beer, and the food was delicious. The service was also quick and efficient.

Eight of us had dinner at blackout recently on a recommendation by a friend of ours. Tasty food with an excellent service. Quantity of starters/bites can be improved as we found the portions are pretty small. They have one of the best menus with variety of options. Will visit again to taste few other dishes.

It is Rugby themed bar and ambience was nice. Their cocktails were good and food was tasty. We had Kottu, soup and some sandwiches. their portions and presentation of food was attractive. Friendly staff.
