Mcdonald's Kotahena - Colombo

I ordered big mac for me and my daughter. the burger is over fried and I can't bite because so much hard. they should check time to time when they have more customers.

Poor service. they have a huge line waiting to get their orders, but the staff has sessions. really? and when I saw a mc donalds, it didn't prepare any pommes. they took more than one command. the smell is bad. comes young, this is an international business that holds the standards.

My friends and I visited McDonald's in Kotahena at midnight. The staff were very polite and served us dinner even though it was past closing time (which is normally midnight) when other large grocery stores were already closed. The service was great, and I want to give a special shout-out to the shift manager and the staff for their hard work. I asked for the contact information of upper management, but they informed me that they couldn't provide that information. I suggest adjusting the closing time to 11:30 pm as there were no people or vehicles around at that time. Please consider changing the closing time in the future.

Do not order the double cheeseburger from this restaurant. They claim that the beef patty is a standard size, but it is very thin. The cheese slice is also very small. They say the patty is imported from McDonald's in America. It is not worth the money, in my opinion. I would rate it as 0.4/10 in terms of value.
