Dinner and Wine were lovely. The staff is very professionalisme. The surroundings are wonderfull. It is all the money worth.

If you’re anywhere in the area then make this restaurant part of your trip wonderful rooms at the end of the night and pool to relax around and the gorges of l’heric nearby for a short hike and dip in the pools . Some of the dishes on the ten course tasting menu do choose it !! were the sort which would fire up even the most weary palate and the lobster dish alone with its explosions of apple was miraculous. We haven’t been as excited as when we visited El Celler in Girona as every dish delivered the two dishes which made up the pudding are still making me smile and the wines were wonderfully paired advise the 60 euro five glass flight . The service was friendly and interactive and was a very memorable evening. I can’t believe this restaurant hasn’t got one star yet let alone three so come here and find a team on the rise. Even better stay the night and get to have breakfast in the adjoining brasserie on the terrace in the morning will a great selection of options you choose the night before. Thank you all for bringing your culinary magic to Languedoc. We will definitely be returning with friends.

Rural setting with modern well set out out restaurant serving gastronomic cuisine. Exceptional tastes using local ingredients making this an experience not to be missed and well worth a detour. Why this restaurant has not yet been awarded a coveted Michelin star is beyond our imagination as the food/service and ambiance lovingly created well deserve this accolade.

Had the tasting menu and wine pairing. As good as you get in most Michelin star restaurants in London. Worth the price. The brothers care passionately about what they do and the service is faultless.
