Ciak - Cologno Monzese

A delicious discovery made thanks to a friend, not far from Vimodrone. We wanted pizza and to try a new place and she offered me this restaurant. Actually we ordered pizza, but the specialties of this place are fish dishes. Definitely not very cheap, but I have to go back to try other courses that are not pizza, to be able to appreciate it at best. But we come to our dinner: we arrived early enough, first glance I didn't have a good impression, because we parked on the back that is not exactly kept well, but it does nothing, we came in and we were immediately welcomed by the waiters who asked us where we wanted to eat. I would have preferred it in because it had just stopped raining, but my friend obviously had no cold and so we stayed outdoors. The outside space, not very large, allows it because however the tables are arranged under a gazebo well covered by waxed curtains and in the end I can say that we were not bad. We ordered our pizzas: Calabrians for me and tuna and onion for her, plus a bottle of carbonated mineral water and half liter of white wine. We were served early enough (other than we were practically the first ones) and I was impressed by this pizza, really very good: thin, crispy, fragrant with abundant mozzarella, in short, I really liked this pizza! At the end of the meal they asked us if we wanted some desserts: the proposed list is wide and ranges from various cakes to profiteroles and tiramisù, but we went on the classic truffle drowned in coffee. Finally the owner of the restaurant approached our table and exchanged with us a very pleasant chat and also brought us some cantuccini with a very cold sweet liquor that offered us. Perhaps the gesture may seem obvious, but I always appreciate it, customer loyalty is important to me. In total we spent 36 euros in two, a non-economic price, but I did not feel robbed like so many other times when I paid the same figure for food of a decidedly lower quality! I would like to go back to give me a dinner based on fish, order a slice of their cakes that I did not have the courage to try and maybe dine indoors, to better assess the location. Honestly I entered a moment in the restaurant to go to the bathroom and I gave an elusive look inside that seemed nice and well looked after!
