Brasserie La Maison des Tetes - Colmar

Το συγκεκριμένο εστιατόριο βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της παλιάς πόλης. Υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Τα φαγητά που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν υπέροχα και δικαιολογημένα έχει πάρει αστέρι Michelin ο σεφ. Το ευχάριστο είναι ότι για τα δεδομένα αυτά, οι τιμές ήταν αρκετά καλές.

Ci siamo arrivati per caso , gironzolando per la citta'. Il locale e' molto bello fuori e dentro.L'edificio che lo accoglie e' storico e decorato ; l'interno e' caldo e accogliente. Abbiamo preferito mangiare non in giardino , troppo affollato. I piatti erano deliziosi e ben presentati con un rapporto qualita'/prezzo notevole . Lista dei vini da tenere presente. Colmar e' praticamente pedonale , per cui suggerisco di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio a nord , vicino l'Ufficio del Turismo.

Nous sommes venus dîner en famille pour fêter un examen réussi un mardi soir . Mais le service n'a pas été à la hauteur et nous a gâché le repas. Nous avons décidé de dîner à la carte avec du vin au verre; par exemple un vin moelleux avec le fois gras; et nous avons attendu près de 20 Minutes pour se faire servir le champagne, si bien que l'entrée est arrivée 5 Minutes après et nous n'avions pas terminé l'apéritif, du coup j'ai renoncé au vin moelleux.... le foie gras n'était pas assez relevé mais le filet de dorade était excellent, bref, inégal C'est dommage, il ne faudrait pas beaucoup pour que tout roule ! Peut être sommes nous tombés sur un mauvais jour . Je me faisais un plaisir de fêter cet heureux événement en famille et j'ai été bien déçue !

The brasserie was recommended to us by the hotel owner, we arrived at 9 pm, July 6 in the evening 5 pax, so quite late for the region, the service was excellent and very attentive. The food was brasserie style well executed. Congratulations to the waitress she did make us feel very welcome and took care of us.

Everything we ate and drank here was extremely nice. The service was very good and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. It is an old building and part of a 5 star hotel. We spent a happy evening enjoying great french cooking and drinking a number of local wines. People often say that you can't choose a bad restaurant in France. This is not the case. Perhaps France was once full of restaurants like this but after a less than impressive meal in Colmar that night before (much less expensive, granted) this was a reminder of the joys of French cuisine if you choose the right place.
