Oh my goodness! The Subway located in Collinsville on Beltline is the most disgusting Subway! I hadn't been there in a few years due to the pandemic, and it will definitely be the last time they receive any of my money. I know the owners, as they were at the Corvette club that I belong to. It was filthy and nasty. The glass had fingerprints smudged all over it from handling the cold cuts. The employees were careless and unfocused. I ordered a $13.00 sandwich and was extremely disappointed by the quality of food. I used to work with meat and wings for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and I have seen cleaner facilities in closed plants. Where is the health inspector of Madison County, Illinois? They should shut down that Subway. It seems like the hired help is incompetent and lacks proper hygiene practices. I should have left as soon as I saw the condition of the store, but the more I thought about how awful it was, the more determined I became to throw away my $13.00 sandwich. I urge everyone to avoid eating there. Don't make the mistake of visiting this Subway and wasting your money on their subpar food!

The food at this restaurant is mediocre, and the level of friendliness was extremely poor. There was no greeting, no thank you, no please, and no goodbye from the staff at this location.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are good and reasonably priced. While not amazing, they are decent.
