Starbucks - Collinsville

I would have rated this restaurant five stars, but the service was too slow. My niece wanted to try their drinks, so we decided to go despite her not liking coffee. We ordered a frozen caramel macchiato and noticed they had cake pops, so she got one of those too. While waiting for our drinks, she received her cake pop and found it too dense. After about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about our order and found out it had been deleted. They took our order again and we waited a few more minutes for our drinks. Despite the delay, my niece enjoyed her drink with lots of whipped cream. Although the staff was nice and friendly, the service was quite slow. We waited for about 20 minutes in an empty cafe. My niece thanked me for the treat, but noted that it took a long time. Overall, the experience was nice, but the service could use some improvement in terms of speed.

The staff was extremely impolite, particularly a young woman who refused to give her name. Despite ordering trenta-sized drinks without ice, I was surprised to receive less than a full cup. When I asked the barista at the window for my drink, the woman rudely insisted that not having ice meant I was getting more beverage. Overall, the service was very disrespectful.

The line was long, but the baristas were very efficient. I had a complicated order due to allergies, but they handled it with ease and were fantastic. It was my first time at this place and I was impressed with the service.

Always served with big smiles. I don't come here as many times as I want. but they never made my order wrong. love the work ethik. they deserve to be paid more

Long wait times. When ordering via mobile order, you get there to pick up to find out you have to wait in the drive thru anyway to get your mobile order. Horrible business practices!
