Mcdonald's - Collinsville

I don't know what it is about this brand, but I love it worldwide. The menus are fun (especially internationally) and the staff are generally pleasant. Every so often I find staff so exceptional that I am completely taken off guard and immediately feel at home. It might not be the healthiest of foods available in the world today, but when I splurge... This place will always have my vote.

Food always tastes good but the service here is usually not good. Employees always seem to have an attitude for no reason and frequently don’t include the sauces you paid for. Then try to tell you you only get one for free. I understand the one for free but then make sure to pay attention to when people paid for them to include them in the bag.

The staff was despondant and the service was very slow. The food was fine.

I was over charged and called an a-hole when I brought it up.

Sucks… always forgets food… the one on Beltline seems to be better.
