Los Tres Hermanos Mexican

DO NOT order from here through GrubHub. It took me two hours to get my order and when I called to see if a driver had picked up my food I was passed around to 4 different employees. When I finally did speak to who I think might have been manager, I asked her if they had my order and can they see if someone has picked it up yet and her response was “I don’t know, we have a lot of orders.” I said well it says I paid with my card so can you please double check for my name, she told me to hold on with a rude attitude. She then told me they never got my order, 10mins later my food shows up. I think the customer service was definitely lacking, the online ordering needs to be reevaluated and improved especially if they’re going to allow GrubHub to be a delivery service for them. I also feel very upset and wronged by this company that they could not verify they got my order at all. I don’t plan to spend my money here again, bad service makes a lasting impression no matter how good the food is, which I will say was really good. I was just disappointed in how I was treated and spoke to over the phone.

Just ate at los Tres Hermanos for the first time, fantastic! Authintic, great atmosphere, and absolutely delicious. IMO, Best Mexican food in Claremore.

My wife's food was great. Mine had some good flavor, but the shrimp was overcooked and so was the steak well if you could call it steak it was more like scrap cuts. Over all I think I can say it depends on what you order.

Best place for Mexican food and the portions are huge

Took a while to get food and part of order was wrong. Just slow...waiter was pleasant
