Contribuiți la feedbackToday, I attempted to call in an order for around 8:45 but couldn’t get through. If they’re busy, that’s understandable, and I’ll try again in a bit. At this point, though, I’m unsure if I even want pizza anymore. However, I did finally manage to speak with someone who explained why I couldn’t get my order last time. They apologized and acknowledged that the previous staff member hadn’t communicated properly. I’ve decided I’ll go ahead and order pizza tonight.
Not only are they as quick as other Little Caesars, but they are also incredibly attentive, and the customer service is excellent. My orders are always correct, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
It's quite good for what it is. It's not a wood-fired pizza, a casual dining experience, or a gourmet option. Instead, it's affordable, fast-food-style pizza served in a cardboard box. The best way to order is through the app and use the Pizza Portal Pickup in-store. The drive-thru line can often be long, especially on weekends, and it tends to block traffic in the parking lot. I prefer to go in, enter my code at the Pizzeria portal, grab my pizza, and be on my way without having to interact with anyone.
Was a bit waiting, but it was dinner time, would suggest to order during these times, but pizza was hot and delicious much better than pizzas past
