Jimmy John's - Collinsville

This restaurant is like a lower quality version of Jimmy John's. They don't seem to pay attention to what they give to customers in the drive-thru. A vegetarian ordered a veggie sandwich and they gave her one loaded with meat. Their only solution was for her to go back during her break to make a new one, which she didn't have time for. At $10 per sandwich, they should have just offered a refund since the wrong sandwich couldn't be eaten. This place does not value their customers' time.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:05 on a Sunday night, an hour before closing time at nine. The place was completely empty, so I decided to quickly go through the drive-thru and order a few sandwiches. However, I was told by the employee named Matt that they only had enough bread for one sandwich and that more bread would not be ready for another 15 minutes. Despite having nothing better to do, I agreed to wait for the bread. But then Matt informed me that I was not allowed to wait and block the drive-thru for that amount of time. It seemed like the restaurant was being lazy and unwilling to serve a customer, all so they could leave work earlier. I was very unimpressed with the service.

They do not deliver within a 1.6 km radius from my address. The employee informed me that the limit for delivery is only 15 meters away from my house. This is the third Jimmy John's location within 2 miles of my address that does not deliver to me. It is frustrating that they do not expand their delivery range by just a couple more blocks to accommodate more customers and increase their profits. Instead, I will order from Penn Station and leave Jimmy John's a negative review. It only takes about 5 minutes to drive the speed limit in normal traffic.

Delicious food. I always get the Italian nightclub and I add hot paprika, extra wobbles, dijon senf and cut the half. the brot is so soft and tasty. I like the Jalapeño chips and a chocolate chip cookie. this is my favorite sandwich menu.
