Jimmy John's - Collinsville

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I ordered IN STORE and the employee literally forgot that I placed an order. I spent the better half of 20 minutes waiting until she somehow magically noticed a 6' 2 guys are standing there in total puzzle while they are around the drive thru and go orders. Icing on the cake, the girl who finally finished my order had it wrong when I knew it would. Incompetent clowns also for fast food standards. Hide less idiotic tweenies that can appreciate having a job, please.

I want to spend a scream, even the guy with the Krest Tattoo on his for arm I don't catch his name, but after fitness stop here for lunch I forgot my wallet n this guy paid for my lunch all there are bright n smiles n never fail I often go here just cuz posture n good sandwiches 10/10 would recommend

For lunch we ordered Imos, said it would be there around 1:30, and ordered from here. I got my pizza at 1:00 and the sandwich closer to 1:30. Sandwich was good though, everything I ordered and the staff was friendly when delivering.
