Been coming here consistently for years, gradually noticing as things got worse. Quality control issues like cold food or small portions and recently have hired a bunch of rude employees, neither of which ever used to be a problem. Now it's more like a McDonald's. I won't be back

Flavor of the day today was Mint Cookie.They didn't tell me apparently I was supposed to bring my own cookies ? Because there was barely any trace of Cookie in my cone. Stopped visiting the OFallon IL location awhile back because I was repeatedly shorted on ingredients, so I tried the Collinsville location instead. Same result. So it appears it's not a location issue, perhaps it is company wide. Are employees disciplined or docked if they put more than a few cookie crumbs or use one actual entire raspberry in a cone or concrete ?I would upload a picture if I could but no matter. We all know what custard with no discernible toppings looks like.Culver's I shall darken thy doors no more. Thou art dead to me.

I would like to say that I went into the Culver's in Collinsville yesterday. I placed a large order and realized that I did not have enough money. Their answer was you don't have to take anything off. We'll discount it so that you can afford it! That doesn't happen... I have never gone into a restaurant, placed an order and had them discounted so that it could be affordable! Thank you! Sincerely blew my mind! Just add food was great!
