Opal Ridge - Collinsville

This lovely little motel is my go-to spot for breakfast and coffee whenever I'm in town, and I can't say enough about the incredible improvements with the morning staff! The new cook serves up absolutely delicious food, and a charming young woman with glasses makes the smoothest, best coffee I've ever had. They even went above and beyond to get me some sauce when I asked for it. Do yourself a favor and stop by to say hello to these delightful ladies—they'll surely make your day better! Oh my goodness!!! What an incredible experience! It was very unexpected! The dining room and bar are beautifully furnished, and the theme extends to the rooms, which are equipped with modern amenities. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, showcasing a high level of professionalism. The meals are absolutely amazing—truly to die for! This place makes every visit worthwhile. Well done!
