We had a Wonderful Breakfast this morning(Fresh Sourdough French Toast! , Jake was our Personal Cheif!! Also, purchased 1/2 dozen cookies(Chocolate Chip, M M White Chocolate Chip-Yumm . Just a short trip to Collins!!

Great breakfast as always. No photos because the food disappeared so quickly. Breakfast bowl, monte cristo, and kids pancakes all were 5 stars. You can tell everything was made from scratch down to the sliced bell peppers. Perfect quiet family brunch

Sweet bakery with amazing service! The cookies and cupcakes were so delicious! We will definitely be making a stop back in whenever we’re by Collins!

Terrific as always! I had an egg salad sandwich with tomato on sourdough bread which was very good. My husband got a breaded pork tenderloin with onion, mustard and pickles. He raved about it. For dessert we both had New York Cheesecake with fresh strawberries on top.

We only bought a couple of snicker doddles. They were great ??.
