Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I was overcharged by 30%. When I pointed it out, he denied it and claimed it was due to tax. I showed him the price I was charged compared to what was listed on the menu, but he still insisted it was tax. This went on for a few minutes before he finally admitted to the overcharge. He didn’t seem bothered by it at all, which makes me wonder how frequently this happens. Additionally, the food was not good at all.

I found the experience at this restaurant to be completely unsatisfactory. I left before placing my order because the food looked old and dried out, clearly having been left out for hours. I didn’t want to take the chance of getting food poisoning, so I chose to go elsewhere.

This is my favorite lunch spot when I'm in Collingwood. The prices are reasonable given the current economic climate and rising food costs due to the carbon tax. The burritos are fresh and hearty, and you can choose your own ingredients.

I have been here many times and it’s always a good experience and the food is always good!

2 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, this place SUCKS on every level. We’ve been regular Mucho Burrito eaters for many years and this is the worst we’ve had. Food quality is terrible. Guacamole was old. Serving size way smaller than usual. When asked to do half chicken half beef, they charged for extra protein. No napkins.Then when we finally had our food, it tasted BITTER.Sorry but your Franchisor should be checking on your more often.
