Thai Basil Collingswood

I order a beef curry dish that was terrible. The beef was hard chewy and the curry was obviously watered down. I sent it back and got something else and they still charged me. I?ll never go back.

Awesome spot. Great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended a visit if you?re in town.

Let me just start by saying.....there's nothing worse than being hungry and when you get the food, you're beyond disappointed!! with that said, I won't completely embarrass this restaurant by posting pictures but I will express how awful this food was. Iordered the Papaya Salad and the Thai Basil Treasure appetizer sampler. Having eaten at so many great Thai restaurants, thisfood was not a true representation of Thai cuisine by any stretch of the imagination. The papaya salad was more sour and spicy(the papaya was not fresh) and lacked flavor. The chicken satay in the sampler was so dry and overcooked it stuck to theskewers, the fried tofu looked like and tasted like a dry sponge!!! Unfortunately, all items were overcooked and quite franklytasted like they could have been an order from maybe a day or two before. Listen, I know I'm hitting hard here but as a avidfoodie and someone who tells you if something is great when it's great...I also have to tell you when its awful. What's worse,this is pretty local to me so I said to myself, instead of travelling 20 minutes to what I know is great, I'll give my localrestaurant a try....big mistake. Trust and believe I will not make the mistake again. Hopefully I'm keeping someone from doingthe same.

Very tasty! We got the bang bang shrimp and another shrimp it was super good! I got a noodle dish and forgot to take a picture sadly. But I recommend and will be back again!

Many dishes can be vegan friendly. Just ask and they will take you.
