This porkchop is serious on par in the charity with some of the higher end porterhouses I had and obviously had the best chop ive ever. Salt and pepper on the grill on 140. But that really showed me the quality of Thomas Fleisch.

Love this place!! Amazing take and bake (uses a LOT during maternity leave), but also at the level of the pandemic and snowpokalypse, they are always in stock! Very friendly and accommodating. Great meat quality. Does all spices, sauces and sides also love?????

I recently ordered to go a meal for 25 people containing a salad, the Cajun Chicken Pasta, a fruit plate. Let me tell you... the decor, presentation, taste customer service would not have been perfect. Everyone who visited my meeting was so impressed and wanted to know where everything came from! Make yourself a favor and book this great company for your next event or wedding! 10/10!

There are two employees who shorten me every time I buy flooring in the Collierville store. The guy who wears the bomber jacket in 90 degrees plus heat came from the outside into the store and immediately came behind the counter that offers his help. When I told him to wash his hands, he went to the back room first, although there is a handwashing station right behind where he was standing. He would have been gone for 20 to 30 seconds and returned. Does not know how he was thoroughly washed and his hands dried as completely as they appeared. I always check the weight of the product when I come home and compare it with the entrance. 3.4 lbs feed when I pay for 4 lbs. is the treatment I received yesterday. I cooked it after weighing and gave it to the dogs. The man is the other employee who shortens me every time. I'll never buy again! Answer to the owner: Bomberjacke Junge always has the jacket in the shop serving customers. If I have said something to the managers and they face the employee, what will they do with the product at the next purchase? It was clear to me that he didn't have the trouble to wash his hands when he was asked. But he deliberately cut me as he waited for me almost every time. $50 is a nice gesture, but it does not solve the fact that man rolls and bomber jacket boys have shortened me every time they waited for me. The hand washing incident was the last straw. The reason I write this review is that people know how some employees at Thomas Meat and Seafood are based on my experience. There are others who are on site every time. They are very pleasant to treat and I would have them at any time for dinner. It is regrettable that some evil apples pamper the basket.

Nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Good selection of meat and seasonings. Prices are very high, I suspect this is because of the zip code the location is in. Other Memphis area butcher shops offer much more affordable prices for the same quality meat.
