Dyer's Cafe - Collierville

The atmosphere was fantastic, and our waitress Krista was incredibly friendly! We sat outside and indulged in the loaded bacon cheese fries along with our burgers. The bacon and Swiss burger was amazing, and I can't wait to come back! I'm also looking forward to trying the downtown Memphis location sometime. This was my first experience with Dyer's, and I understand why they've been around since 1912!

My main issue is that they automatically add a 15% tip to takeout orders. I find this completely unjustified, as they are merely processing the payment and handing over the order. This practice is absurd and has nothing to do with "improving service." Additionally, parking can be a challenge at times due to the location.

I didn't try the burgers, but the shakes were tasty, even though the flavor selection is limited.

Fried pickles have way too much breading, my cheese was not melted on my burger the food was lukewarm. The girls that were waiting on us were very friendly always smiling. The one on Beale is much better.

Had such high hopes! But the place was dirty. Staff was LOUD LAZY! Playing around and doing nothing. The floors had food and trash all over it. Booths had food on the seats. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky. They were talking and cutting up across the restaurant with some customer that was also so freaking loud! We waited like 20 min for our order of onion rings. A group of 6 came in after us and they just pointed them to a table then ignored them until the one loud customer finally left. I feel so sorry for the owners of this place. These kids are taking such advantage
