Gloria's Latin Cuisine - Colleyville

The manager Jesus and waitress Maria did outstanding service!! The table next to us dropped a knife on the floor. Jesus was fast and kind to replace it with lightning speed. Wow never have I seen great service. Gloria's is a reminder of what a restaurant should be. Haven't seen this in years. Thanks Gloria!!

The ceviche was delicious as was the Pescado a la Gloria! The margaritas are wonderful as always. Highly recommend the mango rita. The ribeye was slightly over cooked. It was well done instead of medium yet still tasty. The ratio of potatoes to green bean could been better. They were served a heap of green beans with 3 fried potato sticks. The beans were also kinda too crunchy and oily to taste. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is so knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We dined for a birthday celebration and we were treated with a complimentary Flan that was so delicious.

The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is generally quite good, even on busy Friday nights. The salmon salad with chimichurri is exceptional, while the mixed seafood is my mom's favorite. The Gloria's special truly lives up to its name. The ceviche trio was also excellent and tasted incredibly fresh.

Shows the best margarita in colleyville. the service was somehow slow and bar was dirty, but the bartender seemed to be really busy, he tried to maintain and move quickly!

This was our first visit, and we will definitely be returning! First of all, our server, Justin, was fantastic. Secondly, the house mojito was the best I've ever had—absolutely delicious. Lastly, the food was incredible! The enchiladas were to die for. We all ordered different dishes, and every single one was amazing. This place has quickly become one of my new favorites!
