Taco Bell - College Station

I've been going to this Taco Bell location on University drive in College Station Texas for over 15 years! Yesterday at 5:30 I had the best service experience I've ever had at that location! Employees were wiping down counters, tables, restocking, moving with purpose and cleaning up behind themselves. I asked to speak to the manager, Alina, and complimented her and the entire staff who were eagerly looking at me to see what I was saying. I let the manager know my experience was a reflection of her leadership, and she said she'd only been on the job 6 months. Taco Bell you have a superstar in her, literally every employee was on task looked happy and the service was flawless, and the food was awesome too!

This Taco Bell is genuinely my favorite restaurant in town. I got breakfast this morning (around 9:45) and my potato soft taco tasted like it was literally made by god himself. I eat a LOT of the potato soft tacos from lots of Taco Bell's and this one without fail always makes them perfectly and go above and beyond. I'm really specific with how I like them and they've always been awesome and in the dozens of times I've been there I think there's only been a minor mistake literally once, months ago, that was easily fixed. Now back to this heavenly soft taco. I've had many great potato soft tacos, but whoever made it this morning decided to smile upon me and I could not be more grateful. Whoever you are, whatever your name is, I genuinely hope your day is as incredible as that damn taco. I don't have my receipt or I would write a proper survey, but I wanted y'all to know that one person is always grateful for my awesome Taco Bell workers

It's Taco Bell, you should know what to expect. I've never had a problem at this location and they keep it pretty clean considering the crazy amount of foot traffic they get being across from the university.

Manager is super cool. Much better experience than McDonalds, especially late at night; no Hassle order!

The managing associated TE in the drive thru lane was always linguistic with another and let others wait. You know the reason? Just to ask the guy rate for her.
