Taco Bell - College Station

I've been visiting this Taco Bell on University Drive in College Station, Texas, for over 15 years, and yesterday at 5:30 PM, I had the best service experience I've ever had there! The employees were diligently wiping down counters and tables, restocking supplies, and moving with a sense of purpose as they cleaned up after themselves. I asked to speak with the manager, Alina, to compliment her and the entire team, who were all eagerly listening to what I had to say. I told the manager that my experience was a testament to her leadership, and she mentioned that she had only been in the role for six months. Taco Bell, you've got a superstar in her! Every employee was focused, appeared happy, and the service was impeccable—plus, the food was fantastic!

Now, about that heavenly soft taco—I’ve had many delicious ones before, but whoever prepared mine this morning truly blessed me, and I couldn't be more thankful. To that person, whoever you are, I sincerely hope your day is as wonderful as that amazing taco. I don't have my receipt, so I can't fill out a proper survey, but I just wanted to let you know that one person is always grateful for the fantastic Taco Bell team!

It's Taco Bell, so you probably know what you're in for. I've never had any issues at this location, and they do a good job keeping it clean, especially considering the high volume of customers they get from being across from the university.

The manager is really great! I had a much better experience here than at McDonald's, especially late at night—ordering was a breeze!

The managing associate at the drive-thru was always chatting with someone else, causing delays for others in line. You want to know why? She was just asking the guy for his rating.
