Contribuiți la feedbackUsually, when I hear, the staff are wonderful, but today (01/22) there were about 6 employees on the floor and only one or two working. Not a single greeting. No smile and especially Amie on the front POS was terrible. She definitely didn't want to be there and went back immediately to talk to her friends and small conversations. Most employees were on the phone. Management must keep the morning shift. Absolutely terrible and from now on to another Starbucks location.
The shop was full even before the big holiday. My drink was prepared very quickly. Food: 5/5
It's Starbucks, we love it! However, this location is not too friendly for drivers who come through the ride. The line from the drive-thru becomes quite bad and blocks other cars that only want to drive through the parking lot and get out, but I'm quite patient! I just write things I see. The staff is nice and they are sweet. Some how our orders are always made wrong, every time we go here again, it doesn't matter, we are very patient people and work from home so that we are never in a hurry! I'm just listening after every appointment in Baylor Scott White on the street.
It's a Starbucks. I had great service and a friendly experience at this location. The pumpkin spiced frap was consistent with my local Starbucks in Ohio. Consistently is important and Starbucks has figured out how to make consistent drinks.
This was a new location for me, but I was in town for an appointment and I wanted my free birthday drink on the way home so I ordered on the app and we drove through. My ridiculous would've been $12 frappuccino was delicious. The people were super friendly and my dog loved her little puppuccino. (I'm sorry I didn't get a picture for y'all but it was cute so you'll just have to take my word for it. Starbucks drive-thrus can be a little tedious sometimes but they were very efficient and it was moving fairly quickly that day. This was last Thursday about 11am. We also got a couple of sandwiches, I got the sun-dried tomato and mozzarella and my dad got the ham and cheese. As I think most of us know by now Starbucks just puts their food in the microwave to heat it up and I guess if I had to come up with any critique it was that my sandwich might have been in there a tad bit too long. Just enough to make the bread a little harder than I wanted but not enough to honestly complain about or even think twice about. So I'm giving him them five stars.
