I visited the drive-thru this morning to get a protein shake. I had checked the website on my phone last night and saw that they were supposed to be open from 6-10, which was perfect timing for me to grab a drink and make it to work on time. However, when I arrived, I waited for 5 minutes with another car before honking to get someone's attention. A girl came to the window and informed me that they didn't actually open until 7. I noticed that there were others waiting in the parking lot, and we all left and went elsewhere. After checking online, I saw that their correct hours were actually 7-7. They should make sure their website is up to date to avoid wasting customers' time. It would also be beneficial for those with early shifts if they opened at 6 or 6:30. This way, they could attract more business from those who need a quick stop before starting their day. Alternatively, they should update their website and inform customers of any changes to their operating hours.

Website says open until 11 o'clock. the load was closed at 10 o'clock. it is necessary to update the operating hours when they are incorrect.

If they want to close at 10, they should update the hours and not say 11.

I drove through the drive-thru around 10:10 p.m. tonight and waited for about 7 minutes without any employee coming to take my order, so I had to walk up to the window. There were two employees, a man and a woman, inside. I had to struggle to get their attention. When the woman finally turned around, she had a beautiful smile on her face as she informed us that they were closed. I tried to ask if their hours had changed because the door clearly stated that they closed at 11 (and we had been there several times before). However, she ignored us and walked away. At this point, three more cars pulled up behind me and a man even tried the door, which was locked. Neither of the employees acknowledged him. It was disappointing to see employees shut down a business whenever they wanted.

The restaurant is fantastic and on point, but they tend to get very busy and may need additional assistance.
