Mcdonald's - College Station

You need to order your drive thru and try your drink EVERY time go to this fast food facility. When did UNSWEET tea (from the supervisor at the pick-up window) become a crispy cold coffee drink??????????? And the phone number goes to a fax #............. (Spiritual face here salute)

They gave out my DoorDash order to the wrong person and wouldn’t remake it causing DoorDash to cancel the order. I then reordered and when the dasher got there they had stopped making regular food so he was turned away again. They accepted the order and allowed me to wait only to not make the food. This whole ordeal took around 2 and a half hours. The entire time they refused to answer the phone or make any reasonable accommodation. Just go to another location don’t give this one your money if you really want McDonald’s.

Customer service here sucks big time...cashiers, cooks and managers are extremely rude!! Don't go to THIS McDonald's if u want good food and great service!!Food: 1/5

There is a playground for kiddos. This store is one of the best stores for grown-ups with young children. Chik-Fil-A also has a playground, but they locked its playground after the pandemic.
