C&j Barbeque - College Station

The food was great as always, but we were missing utensils, some space, bread, pickles, and onions.

The short ribs were exceptional. They were not only full of flavor but also perfectly tender in all the right places. Everyone eagerly dug in, and I regret that I didn’t manage to capture a great photo of them. Later that week, I visited the famous Hutchins Barbecue in Plano, and if I’m being completely honest, I would say that the ribs at C&J Barbecue suit my palate much better.

It was a great experience, but they forgot the BBQ sauce, pickles, and onions.

Good standard bbq plate. The brisket and ribs were the best. Green beans were too buttery for me but fried okra was great. Corn was a bit bland. Don't skip the sweet n tangy pickles. They have burnt ends in the back if you ask!

Love CJs. Always good. Don't know why food was cold.
