Man I love schlotSkys even when they get my order wrong everytime and it's expensive as all get out. O paid $17 bucks for a med original and a cup of tomatoe basil...ouch ? Still delicious

I received the wrong order, and rather than fixing it right away, they suggested providing some additional ingredients for me to make the adjustments myself. Eventually, they did offer to rectify the situation, and the food ended up being as delicious as I expected. I would have given it 5 stars, but the unusual customer service experience affected my overall impression.

I've always been a fan of 'The Original' paired with Schlotzsky's hot sauce! I had my first one 25 years ago in Austin, TX, and I've been hooked ever since! It’s truly fantastic!

The sandwiches at this restaurant are consistently excellent, and the service is both friendly and efficient. The pizzas and salads are excellent as well. Their cookies are quite tasty, and it's a nice bonus that they offer Cinnabons. This place has become one of my favorite spots for lunch. The food is always served quickly and is of high quality. I recently sampled the new Hawaiian brisket sliders, and they were delicious!
