Blue Baker - College Station

This place needs a very serious cleaning. I have my family here and there were pieces of food, crumbs and other rubbish around the cabin seats and in the cracks of the seats, food residue on the table, the bathroom was dirty, and there were dust stacks everywhere, even on the lights. I felt like a shower. I understand if they have a younger staff that could take less care of the presentation of their restaurants, but if they want people to come back and feel really welcome and comfortable eating in their facility, please take them a bit proud and clean it. I also found a broken piece of film in my salad, not sure that I return. we were seriously enlightened by this visit.

Blue baker is always an excellent stop for fresh handmade pastries to delicious cookies, I personally always recommend the street taco pizza as well as its one must if they are a roomer of the college station or go through.

I usually go to university, but it went to towerpoint. not only was it dirty (shown at the edge by window), but we had to call someone to make coffee (after waiting for 5 minutes before someone asked if we were helped). then served coffee cold.

Almost 5 stars. eating is great, the concept is really cool, and the service was also quite good. it was just something too complicated to get it right. somehow the sides were not all added, the drinks were at different locations, maybe there is a learning curve that gets better. feels like panera is too complicated. just better than panera.

I spent 8 years working in a French bakery down under, and after 6 years of living in the great state of Texas, I have finally found a Bakery such as this that makes really good, perfectly crunchy but airy(chewy) sourdough bread! Their menu is healthy and the patisseries (pan du chocolate is the best choice) are perfect! Délicieux tres bon!
