Hattie Marie's Texas Style Bbq Cajun Kitchen

I had the opportunity to visit this fantastic restaurant recently. I'll start with a disclaimer: I rated them three stars for a specific reason, but I highly encourage everyone to give it a try, as I would definitely return. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me from the moment I walked in and checking in on me throughout my meal. I went early in the day, so unfortunately, the brisket tasted like it was from the day before and wasn't very moist. However, the flavor was satisfying, and I could sense its potential. The macaroni and cheese was delicious, and the collard greens were particularly great. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by!

The portions here are enormous, especially the fries, ribs, and sliced bread. I'm not sure why they provided us with an entire loaf of bread. While the ribs and chicken were tender, they could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. In my opinion, the flavor is somewhat overrated. However, the fries were fantastic!

Absolutely not! It's not worth the time or effort to seek out this place. The quality and quantity of the food were laughable given the price we paid for takeout. Two adult meals cost over $60, and the portions were small with a taste that was at best mediocre. As a native Texan, I can say that this meal was nothing close to "Texas style" or "Texas taste." Hattie Marie’s should consider choosing a different state for their branding. I highly recommend dining elsewhere—I'm sure you'll have a better experience. If you do decide to go here, I suggest dining in so you can send it back to the kitchen if you're not satisfied. Good luck to you! Life is too short to waste it here.

Hattie Marie?s Texas BBQ is definitely something you have to try! Trust me, if you see this place on social media the hype is real! The food is very fresh and will have you satisfied all the way to the end. Dining in was nice. The ambiance is cool withthe smell of BBQ always floating in the air. This is a CASH ONLY business. Don?t be alarm its a ATM inside the restaurant. Igive Hattie Marie?s Texas BBQ a solid 8.5 out of 10 the place is clean despite a few flies flying around. And they don?t takeany credit payment for people who doesn?t physical carry money.

My stars are purely for the food. It?s great. Every time I go it?s the same and it probably some of the best barbecue I?ve had in Atlanta. But trying to get it?!?! Smh it?s like no one wants to work there. I mostly order pick up online and they make youshow ID which I?m fine with, but to make me wait over 30min in line with everyone who?s waiting to place their order while I?mwatching 6 people behind the counter laugh and be on their phone is not what I?m okay with. Mind you they send a verificationtext to let you know when your order is ready so you don?t come early due to lack of standing space; so I have to wait another15-30 minutes waiting for people to order so someone can walk to the side and grab my order off the bookshelf. It is like thisvery often when I come and it?s even worse when it?s busy. Another thing, they often run or don?t have food in stock an hour orso after opening and as a culinary graduate it just bothers me a different way. Food is great. Service sucks and everyone alwaysgot an attitude. Normally I get the Ribs with potato salad collar greens and the half chicken with collar greens macaroni.This time I got pulled pork and I LOVED it.
