La Campagnola - Collalto Sabino

Good food, great service, a place to go if you are around. We ate well and spent the right and it’s not so obvious lately.

I have been going to this restaurant with my Italian family for almost 10 years. It is always the same meal and it is always great. The food is mostly from the local farm, run by the family, and is of the finest quality. It is what the family themselves eat. The meal is inexpensive and comes with seemingly unlimited wine and homemade digestives. Nothing is fancy, it is just friendly and straightforward. I hope it never changes.

Tractor who looks at the essentials and does it in the best way. the choice of menu is not very wide but to those who love those endless minutes where ten commensali have to choose from too many alternatives when ordering? and, moreover, it is not much better to have the safety that few dishes are prepared as you should? meat choices are, of course, protagonists, both between the first and the second. personally I found a remarkable quality in all the delicious dishes, abundance and courtesy. What else do you want?

Not far from the village, a trattoria with simple but delicious dishes. serving portions too abundant, attentive and courteous, moderate prices.
