Shrimp Connection At Cheerwine - Colfax

The seafood is excellent and affordable at this restaurant. I always make sure to order the oysters.

I have been to this restaurant three times and each time I have received the wrong fish and old shrimp. I ordered red snapper but received mangrove snapper fillets instead. The shrimp I received were torn apart and old. As someone who has been fishing for twenty years, I can tell the difference between fish fillets. When I asked why I received the wrong fish, the lady told me that's what they received from their vendor in Florida and they don't check the fish. When I questioned why they labeled it as red snapper instead of just snapper, she shrugged as if it didn't matter. I no longer trust anything they serve.

We always love the seafood at The Shrimp Connection. We typically order fish, crab, or shrimp, but decided to try the clams this time and they were fantastic!

I absolutely adore The Shrimp Connection! The seafood is always fresh, and I never have to worry about my house smelling afterward. The staff is incredibly friendly and I always have a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, and you can't go wrong with any of the local seafood options.

I heard shrimp connection shorted some shrimp to Longmont potion castle and promised to meet up at Costco to bring the refund but never showed up.It’s a good thing that the owner didn’t show because Longmont would have knocked his lip off.Good choice, owner. 5
