This was the best dining experience ever. Love these amazing people

Had no idea this place was here. I pass thru here pretty often visiting family, I ate here with my parents. This might become a regular lunch spot for us in transit. The carne asada burrito is pretty good if a bit heavy on refried beans. My mom and I both ordered one and wished we had split one instead, it's huge. The salsa is... unusual, has a flavor to it that I can't quite place, but quite good. Chips were good too. The chips and salsa were long gone before the meal arrived. Overall on par with any good Mexican restaurant I would eat at more than once. Nice little place for Colfax, pleasantly surprised.

Pretty good food. Just wish they would remember to use the olla beans when I ask. I even repeated it a couple times on my last order, and they still used refried beans which I really don't like. It seems to mostly be an issue with takeout. Probably won't order out from them anymore.

Wonderful restaurant in this small town in the beautiful Palouse hill country! Colorful, clean, nice staff, great food and generous portions. All four of us loved it and would go out of our way to return from Spokane ... and Ithaca, NY.
