Everything about this culinary experience was first-class, by friendly staff who did not eat enough for us to the fantastic food served on hot plates (which is missing in most restaurants today). the dessert was also super....and homemade! comfortable sitting and overall...a really nice place to eat.

If I gave it a minus. booked a meal for my man and I, a little early withdrawn and were shown on our table. we ordered a drink and waited to order food, my men starter was good my garnish were a bit gummy. that...if we had been there, because when the steak arrived that it was so rare, the blood ran into the chips and tabac wobble that came with him, we asked for medium the vege was small bowl of carrots and papasnip they were hard and looked like they were frozen. I had two bits of the steaks, which through the cost per then the rest after house for the dog

Tonight we had the most delicious meal. The food was incredibly fresh and wonderful! We each had the chicken, steak, and salmon, and everyone agreed that our meals were cooked to perfection. The kartoffel sides were also outstanding. I will definitely be returning when I am next in Portstewart!

I have to admit that I was extremely let down by the service during my visit to the restaurant last night. It took a long time for the bar staff to take our drink orders, and we had to keep asking for assistance when we wanted to place additional orders. We had to request a dessert menu twice, but no one came to take our order, so we eventually gave up. The meal was just average, nothing extraordinary. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

Arrived on Sunday May at for reservation. Stood in hallway, had family with me including my year old Mum with about other people waiting to be served. Waited until without any staff member coming to see us. One group...were still waiting for their table for their reservation. Eventually left without speaking to a member of staff at Total, total shambles and disgrace. Would never consider going there ever again.
