Plain old NASTY just go to sparwood way cleaner 30 minutes

I can't believe what I saw at this restaurant. It was really disgusting - I saw the manager putting spilled food back into the vegetable container. This is a major violation for anyone with allergies. I would recommend avoiding this place and trying the next town over instead. When I asked the manager about it, their response was, "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do."

It's well used. Everyone grabs a sub from there at some point. The staff is nice and the music can be quite enjoyable. But no one usually dines in. It's a stop. And really I can see why. The one time I went in the flies were in the air and under the counter with the lids off of the foods while the staff were busy or on break. And another time by the cooler locker there was a pile of trash and swept dirt and garbage and whatever else. It was nasty to look at while paying for my sub. So I usually get them in sparwood now. Definitely not my first choice.

We order 3 (6 inch subs only 1 gluten free3 drinks 5 chips so I asked the girl if she could make them each a meal. I guess she didn't understand . Plus she burnt 2 of the subs with cheese I said not taking them so a guy came along gave us new ones . I thought 35.00 was a lot to pay I question the girl and guy they said it was meal . We get in vechile take off I thought better check receipt yea they charged me for 3 gluten free subs and no meals grrrr I phoned they told me to come back I said we have to be at a destination at a certain time so when we go back through I will stop . We always stop there this is 1st time it's an error but costly one so I hope they make it right

Food was alright. Rest of the place was filthy. Not one clean table, dirty napkins and garbage by the napkin dispenser, floor was dirty and had the biggest black hairball I have ever seen on the floor behind our seats. Men’s bathroom was disgustingly dirty. While we are, staff member cleaned tables with dirty rag, not using antiseptic spray. Only giving 1 star because the food was edible.
