Dunkin' - Colebrook

I just went through the drive through. It 2 minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 large black coffees and a bagel sandwich. When I opened the coffee to drink it, it was cold! Aren't you supposed to serve hot coffee, hot?! The lady at the window wasn't very pleasant AT ALL! Ultimately, the worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin Donuts!

They did not have the midnight brew that I like ready, but they were more than willing to brew it fresh for me. The staff were friendly and seemed to know the regular customers names.

We stopped last night and the woman running the place was awesome . Definately a model for what customer service should be , a true work place hero . My coffee was spot on , the best blueberry donut ever .Thanks again you rock and made our night !!

2 Drinks and a sandwich. Simple reg. Coffees overlooked for 10 minutes even with our order flashing red for talking to long. Even with the wait coffee and sandwich were delicious!Parking: If the drive-thru is full you will not be able to leave until they catch up on orders
