Rancho Grande Mexican - Cold Spring

This restaurant is exceptional! The cleanliness is outstanding, the service is friendly and prompt, and the food is delicious. I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend the enchiladas suizas—the green salsa on top is fantastic!

The service was outstanding. The chips were served warm and crispy. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming for families. The portion sizes were generous; my wife and I shared a single fajitas and still had leftovers.

I only saw my server a few times—when he seated us, brought our drinks, and gave us the check. We sat down before a larger family, yet they received their food before us, even though it was just the two of us. The food was not enjoyable at all; the refried beans were watery, and he also got my order and drink wrong. I noticed that all the other customers and families were getting excellent service from their hosts, but ours was terrible.

The food is good. Check your to go order before leaving though. The last three times I have gone there they have forgotten something (and then I had to leave my food and go back to pick up the missing item). The first time they caught it before Iwalked out. The second and third not so much. Mentioned I wasn't very pleased with having to eat cold food the second week ina row. They didn't seem to know what to do, or even offer me anything at all besides a quick sorry and waking away. Expected abit more when I spend fifty bucks for two people to eat.

Horrible absolutely horrible ! I ordered a fajita taco salad. I got a burnt shell overloaded with green peppers and onions. There was no lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream,or anything else. Just burnt shell, beyond shredded chicken, green peppers andonions. It was terrible!
