Arby's - Cold Spring

What is advertised and what you receive are two completely different things.Below is a picture of the $9 smokehouse Bbq Brisket sandwich and a picture of what I actually received.I know food cost are up, I get it but this dog food on a bun should not been approved to share for public consumption let alone for a restaurant to charge almost ten dollars for it

Went there few hours ago. The lady at the register was so nice and efficient and they guy that got the food was also very nice.

Just pull through their drive thru for lunch, several items were out of stock. They wanted to serve our gyros in a bowl instead of pitta bread. Ordered 2 Roast beef sandwiches. Both served cold..

Staff not paying attention and order was wrong. It is too expensive to be missing half the order.

The lady that took my order was efficient, polite, and kind and she also remembered everything in the order and wasn't skimpy with providing sauce packets. I don't even eat out as fast food places much anymore because the the quality and service has really gone down hill since the pandemic happened but I will continue to go to this Arby's location even of its a little out of my way, the food was fresh and it didn't look like it was thrown together hastily. My experience was 5 stars.
