The Shed Cafe - Colchester

Dropped in today for a breakfast with a friend. The food, location and service were spot on. Quality food and very reasonable prices.

Stopped of for lunch on our way to Beth Chatto gardens (less than half a mile away). Nice outdoor seating. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a veggie breakfast and a cheese/mushroom omelette with chips. Omelette really excellent, chips great. Tomatoes, mushrooms and veggie sausages also excellent. Fried eggs and hash browns a bit oily but otherwise good. We really enjoyed our meal. Around £16 for two (inc coffee).

Family breakfast/brunch, 2 big breakfasts and an omelette. Food was promptly delivered, great sized portions and delicious. Lovely friendly atmosphere good choice from the menu. Highly recommended.

Drove past and thought we give it a go. Well what more can I say but wow. This was the best breakfast we had ever had. Food was so tasty and cooked perfectly. The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Great price too. We will be going there more often.

Spotted sign for The Shed while driving from Colchester with a friend. Absolutely fantastic place. We both had jacket potatoes, one with lovely chilli, one with such a generous portion of prawns in sauce both freshly prepared with unusual salad! Best ever !
