Playhouse - Colchester

Called in today for lunch while out with a group of adults with mid learning disabilities. Managed to find some tables as place was almost full, everyone ordered there food and all arrived correct with no issues. Friendly staff, nice venue and good food at a fair price nothing not to like. All arrived in a reasonable time without any issues. Only minor thing menu didn’t say burger came with lettuce and tomato so by the time I kicked off t out I had lost most of my sauce, next time I’ll ask.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Food nice and served quickly. Don't know how they keep their prices so low but really enjoyed a pleasant lunch with drinks at such a reasonable cost.

Worst curry I’ve ever had at weatherspoons. Naam bread was stale. Popadoms were bendy. Curry was cold. Not good. Normally a good place to eat but what’s going on

The staff at this restaurant are extremely welcoming and accommodating, always polite and willing to assist. I would definitely return without hesitation. The price for coffee is great and the atmosphere is relaxed.
