Mcdonalds - Colchester

Thought I would pop in for a burger there was 20 staff all standing around talking . No one actually working or even knows what there doing I had to keep asking is my food ready etc 20 minutes went by and my food was ready but was just left on the side cold why didn’t someone bring it over ? Absolutly ridiculous. Will never ever step foot in this McDonald’s again .

Absolutely horrible food. I had the bbq bacon wrap meal the chicken was stale, the wrap was cold, the fries had no salt on and we're freezing cold the only good thing was my drink

I would rate it zero if I could. I went in for a coffee and pancakes. After waiting twenty minutes, I politely asked for a refund. The manager was so rude and clearly couldn’t handle stress. She said it was a family restaurant, not fast food? And practically threw my money back at me. Never in my life had such bad customer experience but I will never return or order from McDonald’s again. Thank you for helping me make a good decision

Started well. Nice friendly lady at the door who helped us with the COVID app. Went upstairs and waited for one of the ordering machines to be free. When free, another member of Macdonald's staff on break decided she didn't want to wait and pushed in instead. Food arrived with coffee half full. Told member of staff on hand who basically said go downstairs and sort it out yourself.

Terrible customers service and terrible staff. Don’t come here as they will mess your order up and waste your time. I work on the highstreet and we order from McDonald’s for the past two months. Nothing has changed customer service is poor and none of the staff actually pay attention to the customers in store. Delivery service is fully FL faulty as there’s drivers waiting outside for 30-45 minutes. You call this fast food more like waste your time food.
