The Guilty Plate Diner - Colchester

As I move to Burlington, this is probably the place where I can eat most often. My brother and I have made a tradition every weekend. Food and service is phenomenal. You often have several options for Benedict dishes such as hash Benedict or Veggie Benedict. I am more of a sweet breakfast person and usually in French toast and pancakes. They had one of the best French toast specialties I ever ate, which was an apple of crisp French toast with Challah-Brot. It was more or less to delicious pieces cinnamon French toast with apple cake filling in the middle and whip cream above. Another time I got banana bread French toast. Whatever you were guilty is that they can probably satisfy you.

I really feel ridiculous that this extraordinary restaurant has been here for almost 4 years and today the first time I've ever gone. What a great place. The food was fantastic, I had the Irish Benedict and my husband had a beautiful omelet with chicken and bacon. Superb. Our waitress was Francine and the owner greeted us and sat us and even though I completely missed his name... You can say that this remarkable place is a reflection of its details and passion. Ecstatic that a place like this is open tonight. Oh! But you'll be tired of seeing me.

My partner and I go once a week or two weeks to eat absolutely my favorite place! Phenomenal food, awesome, energeticized staff and a clean, fun environment. This diner really feels like home
