Dunkin' - Colchester

A great place for a quick stop before hitting the interstate; I can always get in and out quickly.

I found it quite frustrating to place an order through the app just 40 minutes before closing last night, only to have them cancel it because all the machines had already been shut down. This is now the third time this has happened in the last two months. I was really hoping to grab a coffee from Dunkin' for my night shift.

I usually don't like to complain, but my experience here was disappointing. They got my order wrong, my bagel was burnt, and the gas station itself is very rundown. The staff lacked any personality as well. I won't be returning.

Love this Dunkin. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Stop in to say hi and tell them Mike Z sent ya.

The lady working the register started counting her drawer in the middle of my order. It took a while, then I was charge $6 for a $3 coffee. This was corrected but my entire experience was slow and frustrating
