Pilot Travel Center - Colby

Really cool staff, bathrooms are small but not horrible. Plenty of snacks and things to choose from for such a small store, but parking is generous, beautiful scenery as well.. They Have a Subway sandwich shop also, I have no info on the shower area, butoverall a pretty peaceful an pleasant stop coming from Colorado. Definitely would come again!

I wanted unconnected truck from trailer at 3 am to go emergency room and for me was really difficult because I gotsick. And I met Josh and he offered me help. It was very awkward for me but he was so kind. Thank you so much Josh. After whenwe get hospital he told doctors what happened with me. After that Brandon took me from emergency room back to the Pilot. Thankyou Brandon! Thank you many many times.

How it's possible that on 4 dryer 2 are out of order, no showers ready, without people on line, no much food and the one that is displaying is turned in stone because is old....but more importantly the workers are CHATTING BEHIND THE COUNTER INSTEAD OFDOING THINGS!!!! Not acceptable from Pilot

Tons of parking but thats about it. Only leaving this review to let other drivers know that if you're showering here, don't do it on your own dime, do it on theirs if possible. Been here twice a week, 3 weeks straight now and have taken 6 cold showers. Imnot sure if it costs extra for hot water and actual water pressure but do so at your own risk. They obviously don't care enoughto fix it given the employees act inconvenienced when you bring it to there attention.

It's a lot of truck parking. That has a Subway inside. Just the typical junk food everywhere else. And and they keep the showers moving because it's really popular. But. But there always seems to be enough truck parking
