The World Needs Nata - Coimbra

Fast service, food is great, all the pastries are freshly baked. For reasonable price you can get a nice nourishing breakfast.

We had some free time on our tour of Coimbra and we were left to find our own way right outside this cafe. So, we stopped for a coffee as you do. We didn't try their Natas as we'd had quite a few on our travels. We definitely weren't fed up of them but they do contain many many calories so we gave it a miss this time. Natas are great though and this cafe is a beacon for them.

Once in Porto...is there anything else better than Nata? The answer is simple. NO. You need a quick and sweet breakfast or you simply need a coffee after lunch.

A really great little coffee shop. English speaking staff, always friendly and smiling, and helpful. Lovely drinks and good lunch/snack food.
