Dunkin' - Cohoes

Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, I make bagels the way I like and if they don 't like it, they can make their own bagel . This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn 't answer the phone.

The coffee was perfect, and the sandwich was delicious, though I wish it had been a little better. The wait wasn't excessively long, but a 10-minute delay felt unpleasant, especially with the long lines outside. It can be tricky to get into the parking lot, which can block customers trying to leave while waiting for their order. However, the service was friendly, and our sandwiches and coffees were made to order.

I visit this Dunkin' every day on my way to work, and no matter how long the line is, they always manage to keep the wait time brief. The staff is consistently friendly, and my order is always accurate. Thank you for kickstarting my day with great coffee and excellent customer service!

Always a pleasure to go to Dunkin Donuts in Cohoes. No matter what time of day, they will serve you as quickly as possible with the best service they can give. Everyone is pleasant, and though a mistake may be made because we are all human, they are quick to fix. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone out there that needs a good cup of coffee.

I ordered to eat in the drive-through menu and when I was raised and a guy with dark hair went to eat my food and his hands were disgusting dirty. under his fingernails were black and his hands were fies. if they will be in the food service business and people eat through the drive-through window, they should make sure their hands are immaculate or wear gloves!
