Florio's Grill And Tavern - COHASSET

Third time ordering lunch fish platter and I get scrawny tail ends with hardly and fillet meat. All batter. Used to be fantastic. But 3 times is a strike out!

Terrible customer service!! Tonight, my family tried to place an order over the phone for pickup. The waitress left us on hold for 15-20 minutes just to then hang up the phone on us without taking our order. The excuse was “I had to bring food out before it was cold.” She wouldn’t even offer to take the order, or even apologize for the delay. I have never had someone talk to myself let alone a family member in such a rude and pathetic manner.

Even though it was a Friday it was a very slow service and our party showed up at 630 and after we got there only one more party party showed up so it was the end of dinner rush and even after alot of people left we still had slow service i even had to go ask for to go boxes and some of us ordered salads and they brought that out last. but other than that, i love their fried fish

It's OK, bar food. Nothing special. But tge service was fast a good.

Awesome spot! Delicious food and wonderful staff. Up hunting with a group of Veterans, and they were absolutely fantastic to us!
