Subway - Coffs Harbour

Did a good job of making it without too much meatball sauce, as adding BBQ sauce can make a very wet sub. Lettuce was a little brown so left that off.

I 'm am absolutely apauled and disgusted by the disrespect I have just received from the manager of this subway branch. She was too out of it to pay any form of attention or to do her job, she then put the wrong sauce on my children 's subway which was spicy, when I told her that this wasn 't okay she then proceeded to drown the sub in the sauce originally asked for to cover up her mistake. She then proceeded to tell me I had asked for the wrong thing and it wasn 't her fault and brought her coworker in as a whiteness to corroborate a lie which was aimed to cover up her incompetence. When asked for her name she failed to provide, when asked to call her boss to sort this all out, she refused to give me his number and disappeared out the back and left her poor coworker to remake the sub. This is absurd behaviour and the workers in here today should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This was a putrid display of incompetence and arrogance and I will be making a formal complaint as soon as I can get in contact with the boss who seams to have his number hidden by his workers.

When asked to change gloves to make my vege patty she shook her head gave me very bad look. She forgot patty and blamed me that I didn't tell her, my son said we did but she very arrogantly said we didn't. Then she put uncooked patty in it. $30 down the drain. Worse subway I've ever been to. Never had a problem at any subway store in my life.

None of the staff were interested in doing their job.. no smiles.. kept missing vegetables to add.. when we ask to do something more or less.. they showed attitude... if you don't want to work.. then don't.. and go find job somewhere else..

I recently visited the subway in the plaza and was disgusted by the state of some of the workers who were making my food with multiple having large visible hickies all over them and I’m pretty sure one of them winked at me. Further the lettuce was atrocious looking like it had been saturated with human feces. I’ve been to public toilets with more appetising food. The customer service wasn’t the best as well, no one made me smile
