Ernies Kitchen - Coffs Harbour

This restaurant is a great spot for breakfast, conveniently located near many attractions. Their menu is anything but average, with creative dishes like lobster Benny and crab omelette. Ernie, the owner, is friendly and entertaining to watch as he trains his staff. The attention to detail is evident in how they present your dish on the table. The coffee is also quite good. Overall, highly recommended, although I personally found the bacon to be too salty.

After driving around Coffs Harbour for a while in search of a nice place to have lunch, we stumbled upon Ernies after getting lost. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service at this establishment. We highly recommend it for its quality food, welcoming environment, and reasonable prices. Finally, we found a restaurant that serves fresh, locally caught fish cooked perfectly. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find hidden gems like this, so we were grateful to have stumbled upon Ernies. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

We visited this café for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the cheerful and friendly staff that truly enhanced our experience. The food was incredibly tasty, and we enjoyed some amazing meals, which I have included photos of. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Faultless. Amazing service and food. We arrived mid morning and were warmly greeted and thoughtfully seated. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The kitchen was open — something I particularly appreciate after my time working in restaurants when I was younger. I loved the eggs benedict (7 variations thereof),with my favorite extras, and my son enjoyed the, 'to die for ', bush spiced fried chicken. FYI, the chicken may be my go to for lunch next time I go. The bacon jam on top of the chicken really topped off the meal (pardon pun). Coffee was to my liking fast delivery and not bitter. Whoever structured the dining experience has done very well. I look forward to dining again soon. Thank you for giving my son and I the opportunity to have a lovely meal in a beautiful, relaxing space.

Great friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Food was amazing. We loved the experience and went twice in the same day. We will be repeat customers now.
